Renate Eigenbrod Mentorship ‘Brunch’

The late Dr. Renate Eigenbrod was a professor of Indigenous literatures and Native Studies at the University of Manitoba—and a founding member of ILSA. Renate is well remembered as a dedicated scholar and generous mentor who worked humbly to open up space for emerging scholars. Each year, we hold the Renate Eigenbrod mentorship lunch in her memory.
This year, given our virtual format and multiple time zones, our mentorship event will happen a bit differently: participants will be placed in small groups (via Zoom break-out rooms) to visit, connect, and discuss their research.
