Gathering venue & Covid-19 protocols
The gathering will take place in person at the Gabriel Dumont Institute (917 22 St W, Saskatoon). The regular activities of GDI’s employees and students will be ongoing throughout the duration of the ILSA gathering; therefore, all guests must remain mindful of their surroundings and respectful of GDI as a busy and active workplace.

We are seeking to create the safest gathering possible, which will require everyone’s cooperation to help protect those present, including elders and people with young children. Hand sanitizer and 3-ply disposable medical masks will be available on site. Rapid test kits will be provided with registration packages; participants will be encouraged to test themselves daily. Participants will be required to wear a mask at all times while indoors, except for when eating or drinking.

Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Alt Hotel in downtown Saskatoon (480 2nd Ave S). These rooms will be available at a preferred rate until May 14.
